Dr. DeLois Weekes
Dr. Weekes has a PhD of Nursing and has a passion for healthy living. She has made many contributions to the field of nursing by serving on educational boards, publishing peer-reviewed articles, and has been the recipient of numerous honors and awards.
She is the CEO/Administrator of Abradel In-Home Care Solutions (AICS) in St. Louis.
Dr. Scott Grivas
Dr. Grivas is the medical director of A Pattern Health Clinic and A Pattern Health Retreat. He completed medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, and medical internship, Parkland Memorial Hospital, Dallas, Texas. He received residency training in Internal Medicine at Emory University in Atlanta Georgia. From 1973 - 75, he was an Epidemiology Intelligence Service Officer at the Center for Disease Control. Dr. Grivas worked in private practice from 1977-1989. He was a staff physician at Wildwood Lifestyle Center and Hospital from 1989-2013, during which time he also served as Medical Director. While at Wildwood, he traveled extensively overseas, teaching Preventive and Lifestyle Medicine and helping to develop new lifestyle centers in foreign countries.
Dr. Melvin Blanchard
Dr. Blanchard is professor of medicine and chief of the division of medical education at Washington University. He completed medical school at the University of Tennessee, Memphis and internal medicine residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital/Washington University in St. Louis. Over the past 10 years his primary role has been to recruit and train the next generation of internal medicine physicians. His work in this area is both local and national. In addition, Dr. Blanchard is a practicing primary care physician and promotes lifestyle habits that optimize health.
Dr. Christine Salter
Dr. Salter is originally from Great Britain where she trained as a Naturopath & Osteopath. The discipline of Osteopathy and Naturopathy in the UK is similar to Chiropractic in the US.
Since her travels brought her to the US and due to the non uniform licensing of Naturopaths from state to state, she became a licensed Chiropractic physician. She was on the faculty of Logan College (now Logan University) for 4 years, where she also maintained a Chiropractic practice.
In order to bring the holistic approach of health care to a wider audience she became a medical doctor through attendance at St. Louis University School of Medicine. She completed her postgraduate residency in Family Medicine at St. John's Mercy Medical Center (now Mercy Medical Center) and is now Board certified in Family Medicine.
She also pursued and received board certification in Integrative Holistic Medicine through the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine (ABIHM), and is also board certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM).
She continually pursues new knowledge in the field of Integrative Holistic Medicine and has certifications in Breast Thermal Imaging through Clinical Thermography Associates, Med Hot Imaging, The Academy of Medical Infrared Imaging and the American College of Clinical Thermology; she is also certified as a MammaCare Clinical Breast Examiner; she has AMA approved continuing medical education (CME) in Advanced Hormone Balancing through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, Nutritional Oncology through the Healthy Medicine Academy; and additional CME in Mind-Body Medicine and Energy Medicine through the Academy of Comprehensive Integrative Medicine (ACIM).
Community education is important to Dr. Salter; her practice website, www.drsalter.com, is informative with several resources; she regularly conducts health lectures and has spoken both in the UK and across the US. She is also regularly featured on 3ABN, an international TV network.
